The Heat Pump Gas (GHP) is developed in AISIN SEIKO CO Ltd since 1986 (the first plants are still in operation). In 2013 we launched a new model E1.

High efficiency is even more increased, and it is embedded in the properties of the internal combustion engine, which supports the use of ambient air as a heat source. Spark combustion engine used to drive the compressor have an efficiency of fuel utilization of 30%. The losses in the form of heat is not emitted to the outside, but is used to heat the R410A, so that there are:

* Declines declared heating output in outdoor frozen temperatures

* Defrosts the heat exchanger outdoor units

The following are important information for designers working with GHP AISIN.

In addition, during the investigation into the set temperature it is very short. All these features distinguish the GHP AISIN compared to heat pumps driven by electric motors.

The fuel for GHP AISIN is natural gas or liquid propane LPG

Installation of dedicated by the manufacturer to supply direct Dx R410A using internal devices AISIN – produced in all types (wall, duct, ceiling, cassette, steering in the protocol VRF III DAIKIN). Exchangers in air handling units AHU factory support KIT sets with different powers.

In turn, the internal plumbing is possible using a dedicated heat exchanger R410A / water AWS YOSHI®. Actuators are fan coils, radiant heating systems and water coils in air handling units.

Regardless of the type of internal power supply, AISIN GHP has an additional circuit of glycolic heat recovery system of the internal combustion engine (WKIT) for use in cooling and heating in frost. This heat parameters 60/55 ° C is used to support the production of domestic hot water, heating swimming pools, etc.

The efficiency of heating and cooling, while taking advantage of free heat from WKIT is at least 190% calculated as gas-powered devices. The COP recalculated as for equipment powered by electricity is 4.75 or more (AISIN GHP units are characterized by a greater COP at partial loads).

Power supply internal devices using direct expansion refrigerant R410A

The outdoor unit controls the operation of compressors and electronic expansion valves of indoor units to achieve a preset temperature parameters. This system is referred to as VRF, have different details of each manufacturer. Design rules Dx power using the GHP AISIN show below:

1. The geometry of the piping system.

* Height max. between the outdoor and indoor unit: H <50 m with setting it on the roof or H <40 m with a set at ground level.
* Height max. between indoor units: h <15 m.
* Distance max. from the first branch to the farthest indoor unit: L <60 m.
* The total combined length of pipe R410A: up to 520 m.

2. The proposed oversizing of installed capacity, permitted number of internal devices.

* Up to 200% of the nominal power GHP 63 indoor units in cooling mode.
* Up to 130% of the nominal power GHP to 41 indoor units in heating mode in our climate.
3. Branches R410A refrigerant lines to the indoor units.

We have for this purpose factory  branching (eight outputs) produced at the appropriate  power.

4. Types of internal devices.

Possible applications are all indoor units which are in AISIN production capacities from 2.2 to 28 kW. In a limited space above the suspended ceiling apply special cassette units: the height of buildings is only 204 mm.

5. Provision of hot and cold air handling units.

ASIN provides kits expansion together with the necessary provisioning enables automatic control of ventilation in heat and cold. This set is called the AHU KIT. To supply any air handling unit with heat or heat and cold, just bring the GHP chiller refrigerant and a pair of wires connected to a heat exchanger panel by AHU KIT. Exchanger freon in the control panel will work in cooling and heating with the ability to automatically change the mode. Air handling units equipped with AHU KIT can be enabled in the system freon power GHP indoor units to form a complete system of air-conditioning and ventilation, taking into account the limitations of freon line with point. 2.

It is also possible to feed several air handling units with one unit GHP.

If the powers exchangers in air handling units exceed the capacity available aggregates produced GHP is a multi-section design exchangers, with sections of power after 141 kW or less. The number of sections in the heat exchanger and the power is not upper limits.
